I trained as an integrative Counsellor to degree level and found that supporting others to find their path, their own truth, and intuition is incredibly rewarding. Then having had an interest in spirituality and subtle energy for many years I became attuned and trained in Reiki to Master level.

Reiki is a gentle but powerful subtle energy therapy which works on the principle that all is made up of energy. All energy seeks to return to and remain in balance. In a therapy session Reiki energy is directed through to a client in order for their energy to come into balance and harmony.

After establishing my Reiki practice I was attuned and trained to practitioner level in Rahanni Celestial Healing. This is an energy therapy that brings healing and wellness through the flow of high vibration 5th dimensional energy. It is wonderful for aiding relaxation and for cleansing our whole being of any dense, stuck energy and replacing it with pure high vibrational light energy. The high vibration of the energy speeds up the healing process and supports ongoing wellness within our being.

I have always been a lover of crystals and had a fascination with how their vibrations affect our energy systems and so in 2024 I have now been certified as a Crystal Energy Guide. 

It has been a pleasure to support my clients on their journeys! I am increasingly finding that a person centred approach to a clients therapy session is such a powerful aid for growth and healing.
